Requires
A. Knowledge of and Adherence to Guild Rules.

Officer Status Requires
A. Knowledge of and Adherence to Guild Rules.
B. Knowledge of Game Mechanics.
C. Respect for Administrators.
D. Level 20 RPG Character:
- Maximum Defense Armor
- Logical Rune Setup
- Maximum Weapon/Shield
- At least 2 Elite Skills captured
- Some PvP experience
- Maximum Attribute Points (200)
- Ability to switch Second Profession
E. Administrator's approval to promote members.
F. Willingness and Ability to help members and/or other officers:
- Anything we do for our allied guilds is a favor; it is not required.
G. At least 1 month service in UCW:
- Any less than 1 month service will not qualify for a promotion.
H. Setting a good example for other members:
- Be a mature adult or at least act like one. Know the difference between right and wrong and enforce this mentality upon others in the guild.
**Repeatedly requesting to be promoted will assure PERMANENT DENIAL if not in compliance with stated rules!

Officer Promotions MUST be consulted and approved by an Administrator.
Officer Promotions WILL NOT be handed out immediately to newcomers.
Newcomers should adequately demonstrate their loyalty to the guild before certain types of privileges are bestowed upon them.
These privileges include the ability to recruit** other members into the guild, edit the guild announcement, and engage in guild battles.
**Please note this does NOT include the ability to promote members at will.
These abilities give officers a DUTY to intelligence and obedience in conducting guild affairs.
